Vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid), vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl acetate), zinc gluconate, iron fumarate, niacin, manganese gluconate, vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), l-selenomethionine, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), folic acid, vitamin H (biotin), sweeteners: sorbitol and xylitol, flavoring, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

How to use

It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day to chew.
