Dibasic calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid), vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl acetate), zinc gluconate, iron fumarate, manganese gluconate, niacin, vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), l-selenomethionine, sodium molybdate, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), copper gluconate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin K1 (phylloquinone), chromium picolinate, folic acid, potassium iodide, vitamin H (biotin), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

How to use

It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day to be swallowed with water.
