Dibasic calcium phosphate, magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate, vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl acetate), vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid), zinc gluconate, niacin, manganese gluconate, vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), l-selenomethionine, vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), iron fumarate, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), sodium molybdate, copper gluconate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin K1 (phylloquinone), chromium picolinate, folic acid, potassium iodide, vitamin H (biotin), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.
How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day to be swallowed with water.
